Cardiovit AT-101 easy Includes: Adult pads, memory card, reader software
10-lead cable, tab electrodes & clips the world's first ECG device with integrated defibrillator, for mobile use
The first life-saving ECG device
The AT-101 easy is the world’s only ambulatory ECG device with an integrated defibrillator, providing full control of the situation. The AT-101 easy combines the AT-101 with the revolutionary FRED® easyport®, offering the innovative options and monitoring features of both devices. The user is guided through the life-saving measures by comprehensible displayed and voice messages.
Features:
Intuitive and easy to use with direct keys for the most important functions
Simultaneous 12-lead Resting ECG recording with standard ECG measurements
Integrated, graphical 3-channel LCD
Easy Print: Integrated high-resolution 3-channel thermal printer
Various user-programmable report formats on internal printer
Storage and serial data transfer for Resting ECG data to a PC (with memory option)
Voice Prompt
Extremely gentle defibrillation energy using Multipulse Biowave® (biphasic pulsed defibrillation impulse, patented) A quantum leap in emergency medical care.
A new defibrillation technology opens new perspectives for improved chances of survival after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.
For the first time, SCHILLER developed a defibrillation waveform, that takes account of the excitation process and actual physiological behaviour of cardiac cells, and protects them.
The new technology called Multipulse Biowave®
makes it possible to reduce the quantity of energy required for defibrillation to a point, where the risk of injuring heart tissue is virtually eliminated. These revolutionary benefits are derived from the unique characteristics of a new type of waveform, a pulsed biphasic waveform:
Optimised Form and Duration
The waveform (two phases of 4 ms each) is chopped (pulsed) at a high frequency, which leads to a very reduced energy applied to the patient, together with an improved effectiveness.
Two Capacitors
Multipulse Biowave® is using two capacitors, which allows the second (negative) phase of the pulse to be sized freely to meet the physiological requirements, in order to effectively block all re-entry loops causing fibrillation.
Effectiveness Reserve
With a defibrillation threshold of about 60 J. (i.e. less than 1/3 of the energy amount of a usual monophasic pulse of 200 J.) and a maximal applied energy of 180 J. Multipulse Biowave has a reserve of effectiveness (reserve of effective energy be-fore it can be considered potentially harmful) ratio of 3. Thanks to these very low energies associated with such an effectiveness reserve, Multipulse Biowave® has the best chances to improve the rates of survival in case of cardiocirculatory arrest.
Less is more
Less Energy! More Effectiveness!
The new defibrillation technology Multipulse Biowave® is now released worldwide in the FRED range of semi-automatic defibrillators from SCHILLER.
